There is no cost to register for or obtain government verifications.

Typically, registration can be completed within 1 business day.

Your registration link expires at the end of the day you receive it, so we recommend activating it right away. If your link expires, simply contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected] and they will reactivate your registration link. There’s no need to register a second time.

The credentialing process ensures the security of all data released on behalf of an employer by confirming that the requester is an active business or government entity that has a valid permissible purpose to obtain employment verification data.

Upon successful verifier login, a search box will appear that will allow you to search by employer name to locate the associated company code.

First, double-check that both the company code and employee Social Security Number (SSN) are correct. If your search is accurate and you still don’t find an employment record, there will be no fee charged for your search.

First, confirm that the billing address entered exactly matches the billing address associated with the credit card. Typos and missing suite numbers are a common reason for a mismatch in billing address. If the transaction still won’t process, try an alternate card.
