Health System Improves Their VOIE Process By Switching Vendors

Client Background

A major hospital system with over 60,000 employees was utilizing a well-known provider for verifications of employment and income (VOEs and VOIs). The organization faced unique challenges due to their complex compensation structures and the multi-job functions many of their employees held, requiring frequent manual intervention by HR.

Problem

The health system’s existing verification provider could not effectively handle the intricacies of their compensation structure and multi-role employees. This resulted in HR having to manually verify employee data for both commercial and government verifiers. Additionally, the current vendor used a file-feed integration, extracting employee data from the HRIS every pay period, whether or not a verification request was made. This method required constant manual oversight from both HR and IT, and any changes to the compensation structure within the HRIS system often broke the file-feed, causing further resource strain.

Solution

Following a comprehensive market analysis of VOIE vendors, the hospital selected Vault Verify as their solution provider.
